I opened the box and the above picture is not quite right,   the unit I am selling has no end on the cable, and the distribution bar has 8 250V NEMA 6-15R recepticles
that look like this:

The rocker switch in the middle looks the same however.   Unused, new in factory box.

The PT500 offers MOV protection, both common or differential, providing
consistent, protected power for mission-critical equipment.   In addition this
1U unit offers EMI/RFI filtering up to 20Amps, with the capacity of either 
10 IEC or NEMA receptacles per unit.

• Strong 16 ga construction with adjustable and reversible 14 ga mounting ears for standard 19” racks, as well as a vertical mounting option.
• 120Volt and 240Volt models rated at 12, 16 or 24Amps, single phase.
• Up to 10 NEMA 15 or 20Amp output receptacles (North American) OR 10 IEC 320 C13 10Amp output receptacles (North American or European).
• EMI/RFI filtering up to 20Amps, standard.
• Common and differential mode MOV
transient voltage protection (8000Peak Amps, 130Volt @ 90Joules or 275Volt @ 190Joules, standard).
• Standard hard-wired power cords and plugs based on voltage and amperage selected. For 16Amps and below, an optional IEC 320 16Amp input connector is available for detachable, country-specific cord sets (available separately in Accessories PDF).
• Magnetic circuit breaker with shield to prevent accidental tripping.
• 1U (1.75”) x 17.5” wide x 5.5” deep.
