We are unpacking the first of our new offerings, a great shipment of drums and accessories from Bali, and they are incredible! This is one of the more unique select drums set aside for Auction. This particular choice drum is a absolutely beautiful Djembe with a vivid Dragon carved in the base. It is a natural drum the head made of goat skin, cleaned and prepared quite a bit better than on most imported drums. The head is 11.5" wide and has a nicely prepared bearing edge to be easy on your hands.
The drum is carved from one piece of hardwood, a beautiful fruitwood and is rubbed, stained, then varnish or some good treating applied, then fitted with the goat skin head. The rings are wrapped uniformly with a good high quality nylon cord that wont stretch. The cordage includes a hand strap.
This is a very unique drum and produces many wonderful different sounds on demand. A truly interesting and beautiful drum you will be proud of for years! Very worthy of your collection !
